With our state-of-the-art premises in Old Dalby, our facilities continue to evolve. A commitment to quality throughout means that we offer full traceability of materials along with final QA with full reporting from mobile CMM arm.
Having formed many close relationships with some of the leading lights in design and consultancy through prototype and development projects, we are now able to offer design services, FEA, and CFD.

Located in rural Leicestershire, our state-of-the-art facilities are the result of continual reinvestment and evolution of the business.
Quality Control
Full traceability of materials from start to finish alongside barcoding of finished articles as required. We are also able to provide full QA, FAI, PPIR, PPAP as required.
Fitting and Assembly Shop
Fully dust extracted and comprehensively equipped with full hand trimming tools, air tools and abrasives along with a clean, temperature controlled area for bonding.
Wet Lay Composite Shop
Extensive GRP capabilities, wet laminated moulds and components in glass and carbon with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins.

Autoclaves & Ovens
We have three autoclaves measuring up to 2.6m x 5.0m, with a variety of capabilities and multiple ovens for a broad range of curing and dimension requirements.
Composite Shop
Modern, clean room with 30+ stations and a flexible work space to enable further expansion if required.
Machine Shop
State-of-the-art machine shop including multiple 5 axis precision machines with large envelopes, machining a range of materials from low density foams, through to composites and metallics.
Storage
Safe and secure limited access to on-site storage for the protection of ours and our client’s assets with the ability to facilitate batched manufacturing and delivery.
Design Office
Running multiple CATIA seats alongside a range of software, we have amassed vast experience, particularly around tool and fixture and assembly design and use this to support our clients through collaborative DFM.
